What is your primary product or service?
Our specialty is home and office cleaning services. We also clean new construction and remodel post construction jobs. We strive to provide the best detail cleaning available at a competitive rate. The majority of our clients whether home or office are recurring clients. We clean on a weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly frequency. In addition, we service many families and businesses with one time special cleaning projects: move-in or out cleans, one time deep cleans, occasional cleanings upon request, and many extra services such as refrigerator / oven cleaning, wood conditioning treatments, blind cleaning, window cleaning - and more. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I'm a clean freak so cleaning makes sense to me! I am also a hard working, professional, business woman with a degree in business management with a minor in accounting so owning and running a business also makes sense to me!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The cleaning industry sometimes gets a bad rap. There has been a lack of professionalism in this industry in the past. The Cleaning Technicians at our company are professionals. If you think almost anyone can clean at a professional level, think again. There is a lot more to meeting a customers needs than meets the untrained eye! Professionalism includes cleaning a home efficiently, and effectively at an affordable cost to the customer; training individuals to become cleaning technicians able to evaluate, identify and safely clean the many areas of many different homes ; keeping quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront and always changing and improving systems and products to improve our services. Giving back to the community in which we work is important to Clean Tech Maid Service. We support many local fundraisers; most dear to our heart is the "Cleaning for a Reason Foundation". We assist local women through this foundation and donate our services to area women who are in treatment for cancer. We only have one location and that is in Minooka, IL. This allows us easy access to all of our service areas.

We accept, check, cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We have Gift Certificates available for that Wow! gift for that new mom and dad or that special someone. They make great Mother's Day gifts, birthday gifts, etc. It's easy, one phone call and we do the rest!
Which areas do you service?
Our primary areas are: Minooka, Channahon, Shorewood, South West Joliet, South Plainfield, Morris, Diamond, Coal City, Braidwood and Wilmington. We now travel to New Lenox on a limited basis. We do service other areas on special projects such as post construction cleaning. Please call for more information.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Michelle Moore is the President of Clean Tech Maid Service. Andrea Gallacher is the Operations Manager. We have an awesome staff of cleaning technicians as well as long time crew leaders and trainers such as Sharon Kelly, Cindy Love and Suzanne Hogan. We are all here to assist you!
What are your hours of operation?
Our normal hours for providing cleaning service to our residential accounts are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Inquire with us if you require alternate hours of service for your home. We may have alternate availability. We provide cleaning to our commercial accounts during our day shift as well as nights and weekends. We work around your office hours. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we make their life easier by doing an awesome cleaning job and they are going to refer us to their friends and neighbors because the love our service and trust us explicitly!!!
