My daughter had really messed up her laptop to the point it wouldn't even start,we looked for days to find the CD to redo Win but it was nowhere to be found.Called Joe at Plainfield PC and he assured me that our CD wouldn't be necessary to fix windows.He reinstalled Win7 and activated it ,installed anti virus and all updates ,all that for way under $100.00,next he's gonna replace my sons broken screen...thanks Joe my daughter must be happy she hasn't stopped using it..

Love this Company!!!I know that maybe a bit much ,but this place will do anything to keep you happy..i changed my appointment three times due to my schedule,finally i called them and in 15 min Joe was at my house..he fixed one desktop,and even sat with my 2 boys to teach them how to clean the computer after they use it..Joe took my laptop with him to fix it because it wouldn't start up totally and froze all the time..6 hours later he returned it good as new and installed the same programs on it to keep it running...i would have payed him double what he charged us after all that..Then he says i get $5.00 back for every customer i send him,I'm telling my whole family now

My primary service is first i come to you when its convenient for you.I'm COMPTIA A+ Trained. I don't make anything on products,if you need a part you will get the stores receipt for your records or you can purchase the item you're way.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
well i still have my very first and still working PC i bought in 1998,since then i have an act for fixing them or teaching you how to maintain it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We PAY YOU $5.00 for every customer you send us guarantee..Now no one does that!!
What type of payments do you accept?
cash. personal check,or All credit cards through PayPal
